No, we believe in flexibility. We operate on a month-to-month basis, so you’re not locked into a long-term contract. However, in some cases, we offer significant discounts on clean-up services if you choose to commit to a one-year monthly bookkeeping service contract.

What happens if I have questions or need additional support?

We’re here for you! Our primary communication is through our secure client hub, where you can easily reach out for updates, questions, and support. You’re also welcome to contact us by text, email, or phone, and we’ll respond promptly to address any questions or concerns.

How do you handle the transition if I switch from my current bookkeeper to you?

We make the transition as smooth as possible, working closely with you and your previous bookkeeper to transfer records, reconcile accounts, and ensure continuity.

How often will you check in with us to discuss our finances?

We offer a 20-minute weekly check-in meeting to keep you updated and address any questions. Additionally, we’re available for monthly review meetings to discuss your financials in-depth and any changes in your business.

How can I be sure your services will deliver the results I need?

I’m a certified digital bookkeeper, QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, payroll certified, and A/R & A/P certified, and you can cancel services at anytime (excludes projects like catch-up and clean-up).
